• IMEI: The IMEI of the returned device must match the device originally supplied.
• Damage exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, cracked screens or cameras, unauthorised repairs, tampering or other damage outside normal product faults.
• Unauthorised modifications: Devices that have been modified or repaired by an unauthorised technician may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
